Recently purchased AR Drone 2.0 fly through of the main mall of UH Manoa, Stopping briefly in front of Keller Hall then going on through Keller Hall parking lot. Then stopping in the parking lot between UH clinic and Watanabe parking lot. The camera is a bit shaky, there is not too much software video stabilization.

Student parents make up 26 percent of all undergraduates, but only one-third graduate with a credential within 6 years; this rate drops to 27 percent for the 2.1 million students who are single mothers. Targeted support services can help student parents complete their education programs, yet many institutions are unaware of their students’ need for such services or are unsure of how to provide them effectively. This webinar, co-hosted by the Institute for Women’s Policy Research (IWPR) and Endicott College, will review IWPR’s recent analysis of single mothers in higher education and the challenges they face to postsecondary success. Endicott College will provide an overview of its Family Friendly Campus Toolkit: Using Data to Improve Outcomes, a self-assessment resource for higher educati...

Colleges adapt to new circumstances based on differing motivations: some are seeking new growth strategies while others are trying to avoid decline. Sustainability initiatives provide an opportunity to analyze how different colleges incorporate green campus missions into a large-scale agenda. Taya's study models the relationship between green campus form (academic or operational) and function (growth or decline strategy). Perhaps the most isolated civilization on earth, Hawai‘i is far from self-sustainable. As a living example, the Hawaiian island of Kaua‘i imports approximately 90% of its food, produces 87% of its energy with off-island fossil fuel of which 85% is imported from foreign countries. Additionally, costs of living are well above the national average causing many local residen...

Awkward & weird but determined little man invades our speaking space, refuses to back off but shares many of his true confessions. He reveals that his feelings are way more important to him than God's word. What about God's feelings? If you go deny God's word you too will feel awkward and bad like this little guy. Obey Jesus and you will be set above His creation. Victory in Jesus!
